Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.
Rental period
Party items are rented on an “event” basis.
NOTE: RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT. For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the agreed return date and time on your rental contract.
Identification
A valid driver’s license are required for ALL rentals.
Payment
A reservation must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the time of event. We accept Visa and Master Card, cash, PayPal, Venmo, cash App, Zelle, or debit card.
Deposit
All rental items require a deposit. A deposit is required in the form of valid credit card, cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or cash deposit.
Damages
The renter is responsible for any damage caused by abuse, theft, burglary, misuse, loss, intentional or unintentional damages or damage incurred during transportation of the rented item(s).
Pricing
Prices are subject to change. Please call or submit an online request for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. If equipment does not function properly notify us immediately. No credits or adjustment will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered. Over the luna Bounce House is not responsible for operator errors or unsuitable conditions at site.
Cleaning Fees
Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge will be added if equipment is returned dirty.
Can I pick up and set up the equipment myself?
Trained staff professionally setup and install your equipment to ensure the safety of your event. NJ Bounce House Rentals does not allow anyone to pick up, set up, or move the equipment on their own.
What kind of outlet/power is needed?
A 110v outlet on a dedicated 20 AMP circuit is typically needed to operate most inflatables. This is a standard plug in most homes and businesses.
What surfaces can the equipment be setup on?
Inflatables can be placed on a variety of surfaces (both indoors and outdoors), including:
- grass
- mulch
- concrete
- pavement
- hardwood
- low carpeting
We will confirm what surface you have available for your event prior to delivery so that we can bring the necessary equipment to safely install and secure the inflatable.
What happens if it rains?
Sometimes the weather just doesn’t cooperate, but with our “Worry-free Inclement Weather Cancellation” policy, you can cancel up to 3:00 pm the day before your event. There are ZERO fees for cancellations due to inclement weather* as long as you notify us by 3:00 pm the day before your event.
Full payment will be required if cancellation is not made by 3:00 pm the day before your event.
The local forecast during summers in New Jersey more often than not predicts a slight chance of isolated showers or thunderstorms. Please consult the hourly forecast on www.accuweather.com when determining if you may have to cancel due to inclement weather. The hourly forecast provides a better prediction if rain will affect your event.

If you decide to take the inflatable and it starts to rain during your event, you must shut off power to the blower unit until the rain stops.
INFLATABLES CANNOT BE OPERATED IN WINDY CONDITIONS ABOVE 15 MPH OR IN THE RAIN.
Our inflatable equipment can withstand a passing summer shower. so rainwater will not cause damage to the inflatable. The safety of your guests is our top priority, so it’s best that you use a dry towel to wipe the rain off of the inflatable prior to resuming play!
What is your cancellation policy?
Non-weather related cancellations will result in a charge equal to 50% of the original invoice amount.
Changing your event’s date for reasons other than an approved weather related cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the original invoice amount.
Weather-related cancellations must be made the day before your event by 3pm, otherwise payment is due in full.
No refunds for photobooths if design is already started.
